What This Machine Does
✅ Stage 1: Vacuum Thermoforming
At the heart of the system is the manual vacuum forming unit. Plastic sheets are heated by 12 high-efficiency ceramic heaters (750W each) and shaped using a pneumatic press over a custom die.

Temperature control: Digital, 12 zones, up to 300°C
Forming cylinder: 80 × 400 mm

Vacuum pump: ½ HP for strong, consistent forming
